Cigarettes. Ever since I started I haven’t been able to stop. I went for a month without, but now I’m back to my usual 6 a day or more. We all understand why its so bad, but for other people we need to relieve our stress. I sound pretty stupid right now don’t I? But hey, its true. I only smoke when I need to and for the past couple days I needed it. As much as I don’t want to I NEED it. I’ve tried other things to relieve my stress , but it didn’t work out. I really wish I never started, but now here I am still smoking 2 years straight. Although the stress is STILL there, it helps conquer it one step at a time after smoking. I feel so ashamed going back to my usual and yes I disappointes a lot of people, but that’s who I am. Honestly this post is useless… everyone says the same thing over and over saying ” you need to stop” but I can’t. Although I promised, I don’t believe in promises because for me no one ever kept they’re word. I feel so stupid tho because I only smoked when I kept thinking about my ” best friend “. Long story, but what can I say, you lose some you gain some.
